If you prefer paper, download the rental application from our Application page, complete it for each adult applicant, and submit it by mail to P.O. Box 536, La Plata, MD 20646, or by hand delivery to 1 Somerset Street, La Plata. Either way, pay the application fee securely online through our payment portal.
How do I pay rent or submit a maintenance request?
Current residents pay rent and submit maintenance requests through the online resident portal, accessible from the Resident Portal link in the site menu. From the portal you can manage your account, submit maintenance requests, and pay rent online without calling the office.
